1. Introduction

Welcome to HausIQ. This Privacy Policy explains how OrgCentri Inc., the developer and publisher of HausIQ ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the HausIQ mobile application and the accompanying HausIQ Web Studio (collectively, the "Service"). HausIQ is a business-to-business (B2B) field inspection tool designed for contractors, inspectors, and property professionals.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our core inspection services.

  • Account Information: When you log in using Third-Party Single Sign-On (SSO) providers (Sign in with Apple or Google), we receive your name, email address, and authentication tokens. We do not collect or store custom passwords. During onboarding, you may also provide your Company Name and Company Logo.
  • User-Generated Content (Inspection Data): To facilitate your field reports, we collect the data you input into the app, including property addresses, defect descriptions, voice notes, and photographs.

3. How We Store and Sync Your Data

HausIQ is built on an offline-first architecture.

  • Local Storage:When conducting an inspection, your data (text, photos, voice notes) is stored locally on your device's internal database.
  • Cloud Sync:When you initiate a "Sync to Cloud," your data is securely transmitted and stored on our backend infrastructure, hosted by Google Cloud (Firebase), to allow you to access and generate reports via the HausIQ Web Studio.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to operate the Service:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To synchronize your inspection data across your mobile device and the Web Studio.
  • To generate formatted PDF inspection reports for your clients.
  • To provide customer support and improve app stability.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase: For database hosting, secure photo/audio storage, and cloud functions.
  • Apple & Google: For secure user authentication (SSO).

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account at any time directly within the HausIQ mobile app by navigating to Settings and tapping "Delete Account."

What happens when you delete your account: Our automated backend systems will immediately permanently delete your user profile, all associated inspection data (text), and all uploaded media (photos and voice notes) from our active cloud servers.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest on our cloud servers, to protect your information from unauthorized access.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
